Katy made a phone call and cancelled Bell TV service with internet service reamining, on May 8, 2018.
They mailed us a backup bettery for Bell 3000 router, and a Purolator return label of old battery in it. I thought they wanted us to mail the TV receiver with the same label, hence I dropped the receiver with the label to Purolator this morning, ie. May 11, 2018.
The postman came just after the noon time, with a letter from Bell which enclosed the exact return label of the receiver. I, then, hurried to Purolator and changed the label. Fortunately, the package is still there. $199 will be charged if the receiver is not returned.
